It's almost 2013 and one of our New Years resolutions is to blog more! As times heated up we got so busy that the blog fell off the map a little bit, but now we're back and better than ever!
My name is Jess Smith and I am the new office/marketing assistant! This blog is one of my projects and I have some pretty high standards. I want to bring you everything you want in a real estate blog: new listings, new San Diego hotspots, marketplace trends and conditions, what to expect when you're buying OR selling, and just overall tips and tricks of the trade.
